    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website cleanoria.com and the cleaning services provided by Cleanoria LLC (“Cleanoria,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its network of local partners. These Terms also apply to our community programs, educational resources, and consulting services.

    By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

    1. Services Overview

    Cleanoria provides the following services through independently operated partner locations across the United States:

    1.1 Cleaning Services

    • Recurring (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) residential cleaning
    • Deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning
    • Move-in / move-out cleaning
    • Post-construction cleaning
    • One-time cleaning
    • Airbnb and short-term rental turnover cleaning
    • Commercial and office cleaning

    Service availability, pricing, and scope may vary by location.

    1.2 Professional Community & Education

    Cleanoria operates a professional community for cleaning business owners, offering educational resources, group coaching sessions, webinars, and networking events. These programs are subject to separate participation terms which may be provided upon enrollment.

    1.3 Partnership Opportunities

    Cleanoria offers business partnerships to qualified entrepreneurs. Partnership relationships are governed by a separate Partnership Agreement and disclosure documents, which take precedence over these Terms with respect to the partnership relationship.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using our website or booking a service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

    3. Booking and Service Requests

    Service requests may be submitted through our website, by phone, by text message, or through third-party platforms that connect homeowners with service providers.

    When you submit a service request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about the service location, scope of work, and any special instructions or access requirements.

    Submission of a request does not guarantee service availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from Cleanoria or the assigned local partner via email, text, or phone.

    4. Pricing and Payment

    • Pricing: Prices are determined based on the type of service, property size, property condition, number of rooms/bathrooms, and location. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins.
    • Estimates: Online quotes are estimates. The final price may be adjusted after an in-person or virtual assessment of the property.
    • Payment Timing: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For recurring services, payment may be charged automatically on a pre-agreed schedule.
    • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers, and other payment methods as indicated during booking.
    • Processing: All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. Cleanoria does not store your full payment card details.
    • Additional Work: If additional work is identified during service (beyond the original scope), the cleaning team will seek your approval and provide a revised estimate before proceeding.
    • Gratuities: Tips are optional, appreciated, and go directly to the cleaning team.

    5. Recurring Services

    For recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly):

    • Scheduling: Recurring appointments are scheduled at regular intervals on mutually agreed dates and times.
    • Price Lock: Your recurring service price remains fixed unless we provide at least 14 days’ written notice of a price change.
    • Skipping: You may skip an individual session with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty.
    • Pausing: You may pause your recurring service for up to 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, the recurring arrangement may be cancelled and rebooking will be subject to availability.
    • Cancellation: Either party may cancel a recurring arrangement with at least 7 days’ notice before the next scheduled appointment.

    6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    • 24-Hour Policy: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
    • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.
    • No-Show: If the cleaning team arrives and cannot access the property (no one home, locked gates, alarm not disarmed, etc.), the full service fee may be charged.
    • Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to severe weather, safety concerns, staffing emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost.
    • Refunds: Refunds for cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

    7. Service Quality and Satisfaction Guarantee

    We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Our satisfaction guarantee works as follows:

    • Reporting Issues: Please contact us within 24 hours of service completion to report any issues. Include photos if possible.
    • Re-Clean: We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas within 48 hours of your report.
    • Scope: Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the specific service performed and does not extend to pre-existing conditions, structural issues, stains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods, or damage caused by normal wear and tear.
    • Feedback: We welcome and encourage customer feedback. Your input helps us maintain and improve service quality across all partner locations.

    8. Insurance, Bonding, and Liability

    8.1 Insurance Coverage

    Cleanoria and its local partners carry general liability insurance and are bonded to protect you against accidental property damage that may occur during service.

    8.2 Damage Claims

    • Claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
    • Claims must include photographs of the damage and a description of the affected item(s).
    • We will investigate all claims promptly and work toward a fair resolution.
    • Liability is limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged item, up to the coverage limits of our insurance policy.

    8.3 Limitations

    • We are not liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, of extraordinary value (over $500), or placed in hazardous locations unless you have informed us in advance and we have acknowledged the risk in writing.
    • Cleanoria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
    • Our total liability for any single claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    9. Your Responsibilities

    As a customer, you agree to:

    • Provide safe and reasonable access to the service location, including working locks, lights, and clear pathways
    • Secure or remove valuables, fragile items, collectibles, and irreplaceable objects before the cleaning team arrives
    • Secure pets in a separate room or area, or make arrangements for them to be off-site during service
    • Disclose any known hazards (mold, biohazards, pest infestations, broken fixtures, slippery floors) that may affect the safety of our team
    • Ensure that running water and electricity are available at the service location
    • Ensure parking is available for the cleaning team near the service location
    • Provide accurate information when booking services
    • Treat our cleaning staff with respect and dignity

    10. Employee Conduct and Background Checks

    All Cleanoria cleaning professionals are:

    • Background-checked through authorized screening services
    • Trained on our cleaning standards, safety protocols, and customer service practices
    • Insured and bonded
    • Required to follow our code of conduct, including confidentiality and respect for customer privacy

    If you have any concerns about the conduct of a cleaning team member, please contact us immediately. We take all complaints seriously and investigate promptly.

    11. Partner Relationships

    Cleanoria operates through a partner model. Each partner location is independently owned and operated. While all partners follow Cleanoria’s brand standards, systems, quality guidelines, and training programs, individual partner operators are responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of services in their area.

    Cleanoria LLC provides the brand, technology platform, marketing support, training, and ongoing operational guidance. Claims related to specific services should be directed first to the partner location that performed the service, and may be escalated to Cleanoria LLC.

    12. Intellectual Property

    All content on the cleanoria.com website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and design elements — is the property of Cleanoria LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written consent.

    The Cleanoria name, logo, and associated trademarks are registered trademarks of Cleanoria LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

    13. Third-Party Platforms

    Service requests may originate from third-party platforms (such as home services marketplaces and lead generation services). When you submit a request through a third-party platform, you may also be subject to that platform’s terms and conditions. Cleanoria is not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or content of third-party platforms.

    Communication initiated through third-party platforms will be managed in accordance with both our policies and the platform’s requirements. Response to service requests received through third-party platforms may be facilitated through our automated systems to ensure timely communication and the best possible customer experience.

    14. Reviews and Testimonials

    By submitting a review, testimonial, or feedback through our website, email, or third-party platforms, you grant Cleanoria a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display your feedback (including your first name and city) for marketing and promotional purposes. We may edit reviews for length and clarity but will not alter the substance of your feedback.

    If you wish to have a review or testimonial removed, please contact us and we will accommodate your request within a reasonable timeframe.

    15. Prohibited Uses

    You agree not to:

    • Use our website or services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
    • Provide false or misleading information when booking services
    • Interfere with the operation of our website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Harass, threaten, or behave inappropriately toward our cleaning staff, local partners, or other customers
    • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from our website without written permission
    • Reproduce or redistribute our proprietary training materials, processes, or systems

    16. Force Majeure

    Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, severe weather, utility failures, strikes, or acts of terrorism. Affected obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and both parties will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact.

    17. Dispute Resolution

    In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services:

    • Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.
    • Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator before pursuing arbitration.
    • Binding Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of California.
    • Class Action Waiver: You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
    • Small Claims: Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration.

    18. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    19. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cleanoria LLC, its local partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

    20. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleanoria LLC’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or (b) $500. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise).

    21. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

    22. Entire Agreement

    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cleanoria LLC regarding the use of our services. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter herein.

    23. Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
