We are currently looking for a Remote Call Center Dispatcher to join our operations team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and helping clients — without cold calls or aggressive sales.

What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming client calls and messages only (no cold calling).
- Book, confirm, and reschedule cleaning appointments.
- Coordinate cleaners’ schedules and daily assignments.
- Communicate with clients via phone, chat, and email.
- Update CRM systems and track job progress.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and cleaning teams.

Who This Role Is For
- You speak English at an Intermediate level or higher.
- You have experience in customer service, call centers, dispatching, or admin work (preferred).
- You are organized, reliable, and comfortable working with computers and CRM systems.
- You’re looking for stable remote work, not short-term gigs.
